INVISIBLE RAINBOW
A lighting professional’s everyday work involves an invisible rainbow, revealing colors with every design. Some designers apply the rainbow with great deliberation and intention, while others get their results by accident. There are tools at our disposal which allow us to articulate specific colors and hues.

Reed of Envision Lighting Design teamed up to conduct a survey of US-based women in lighting design (or formerly in lighting design) to find out why they stayed - or left - after becoming mothers. The survey results are revealing and must-read material for all employers!
